Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering Requirements: Collect project requirements and able to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Requirement Specification: Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with different departmental teams to ensure requirements is collected, documented, validated and signoff.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with project management for selected projects. 

Years of experience needed –

  • 5 to 8 years of experience

Technical Skills:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools and software.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting and analyzing business processes.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and practices

Certifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Inf ormation Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
