Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and grow relationships with banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

·       Identify opportunities for Finacle implementation, customization, migration, and IT services.

·       Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·       Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling IT solutions.

·       Stay updated on banking technology trends and regulatory requirements.

·       Handle escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.

·       Prepare reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       5+ years of experience in account management or IT services in the banking sector.

·       Strong knowledge of core banking solutions (preferably Finacle) and IT services.

·       Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple accounts.
