About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions for the Procure to Pay (P2P) process in the government sector. You will leverage advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning technologies to transform manual workflows into efficient, automated processes. The role focuses on creating intelligent solutions for unstructured document processing, such as handling invoices and tendering processes, while integrating with SAP and ensuring seamless multilingual support in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Solution Design:
• - Architect and implement AI/ML models for processing unstructured data, including invoices, contracts, and tender documents.
• - Design workflows to integrate LLMs for document classification, data extraction, and decision-making.
• LLM Integration:
• - Train and fine-tune LLMs to handle government-specific processes and support bilingual text (English and Arabic).
• - Develop solutions for real-time language processing and translation within the P2P workflows.
• SAP Integration:
• - Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure AI/ML models integrate seamlessly into the existing P2P workflows.
• - Develop APIs and middleware to enable smooth communication between AI models and SAP modules.
• Process Automation:
• - Identify and automate manual tasks within the P2P lifecycle, such as invoice processing, approvals, and compliance checks.
• - Develop AI-driven tools to handle data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Performance Optimization:
• - Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML model performance for scalability and efficiency.
• - Implement feedback loops to improve accuracy and reliability over time.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• - Work closely with QA, SAP, and business teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business requirements.
• - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency in AI implementations.
• Compliance and Security:
• - Ensure all AI solutions adhere to government regulations, security policies, and data privacy standards.
• - Develop mechanisms to handle sensitive data securely within AI workflows.
• Research and Innovation:
• - Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and LLM technologies to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• - Propose innovative solutions to address emerging challenges in P2P automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on automating enterprise processes.
• Proficiency in training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks).
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, particularly for multilingual document processing (English and Arabic).
• Experience with integrating AI/ML models into ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and government compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to P2P (e.g., MM, FI, SRM).
• Proficiency in OCR tools and techniques for document digitization (e.g., Tesseract, ABBYY).
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in process automation.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to develop language-specific AI solutions.
