Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a decent understanding of finance operations to lead the process discovery, requirement gathering, and future-state process design for an Agentic AI Proof of Concept (POC). The role will involve close collaboration with local finance teams, capturing current workflows, designing to-be processes, and identifying areas for AI-driven automation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis & Mapping:
  • Work with finance operations teams to document current workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Identify areas where Agentic AI can enhance decision-making, automation, and efficiency.
• To-Be Process Design:
  • Design optimized workflows leveraging AI agents for task automation and process improvements.
  • Define business rules, data flows, and interaction points between human and AI agents.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into AI-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Work closely with Arabic-speaking finance teams to bridge business and technology requirements.
  • Present findings, process designs, and roadmaps to client stakeholders.
  • Align on business priorities and success criteria for POC evaluation.
• POC Validation & Transition to Full Implementation:
  • Support testing and validation of the AI-driven processes.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve AI-agent workflows.
  • Assist in defining the roadmap for scaling AI solutions beyond POC.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in finance operations and AI/automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, etc.).
• Experience with business process modelling (BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies).
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, RPA, or Agentic AI concepts
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
