Job Description :

• AWS Connect, Lambda, Python.
• Mandatory Skills: AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace ,
• Python , Amazon LEX, Lambda Integration, Lambda, Step Functions,
• S3, API Gateway , Dynamo DB, Cloud Watch, CloudFormation, IAM, Cloud Front.

Must have good communication skills and Team leading experience.

• 1. At least 8 years of AWS Connect Experience.
• 2. Must have experience in working and implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers.
• 3. Must have experience in working and implementing AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace.
• 4. Must have experience in Customize Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrate with 3rd party applications and design Agent workflows Guides3.
• Experience in building conversational interfaces for applications using voice and text leveraging Lex service.
• 5. Should be capable of writing Cloud formation templates
• 6. Should have experience in working with Azuredevops Git hub. Mandatory Skills:
