Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for Autosys job scheduling and batch processing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Autosys job failures, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with application teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Perform routine health checks and maintenance of Autosys environments.
• Ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Autosys job scheduling support.
• Preferably worked in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and office-based setup.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
