Head of Sales- Cyber Security

Role
- Establish working relationships with customers’ senior information security representatives and security authorities in India/Middle East Markets
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in relevant authorities and security organisations and with other security professionals for the benefit of SWC as a trusted partner within the local markets
- Identifying and engaging with new prospects to gain an understanding of their specific challenges
- Building new business development strategy for target segments through direct and channel GTM models
- Achieving revenue targets, proactively responding to inbound inquiries and self-generated leads based on a deep market and product understanding
- Collaborate with our internal Cybersecurity Practice team/CoE, to ensure that our solutions meet local market demands
- Reporting accurate forecasting and performance metrics to key internal stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks and opportunities
Skills
- 12-15 years of consultative led sales/sales management experience in Information/cyber security industry, SaaS, software and IT Services sales
- Direct as well as Channel sales experience in Indian and Middle East markets
- Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting/exceeding assigned sales quotas on a consistent basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Very Good understanding of IT/cyber security market, challenges, key OEM industry players and industry landscape
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and deal closing skills
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, professional and well-organized manner
- Self driven and motivated to excel with minimal supervision
- BE/BS degree and preferably Post Graduate/MBA
- Travel up to 75% within region
