Region Sales Management- West Region
Setout and implement the strategy to drive Key Business of L&T Smart World  in the assigned region 
Achieving Business targets(Order inflow, Sales, Margins, Collections) -  Quarterly & yearly targets on a consistent basis
Driving engagement and build relationship in the state with State Bureacracy , Nodal agencies, Consultants, local Managed/Cloud Service Providers,local SI’s and technology OEM ecosystem.
Forge relationships with Senior officials of Govt. machinery and position SWC favourably.
Experience in handling Public sector as well as Enteprise Customers
Understand and fully map the customer landscape for the assigned territory
Drive large solutions led ICT project sales in IT, Communications, Surveillance, Data center, Cloud infra services, Cyber Security and Managed Servicess segments
Willingness/flexibility for extensive travelling (as necessary) 
Collaborate with Projects / Implementation and relevant teams to drive customer satisfaction and address escalations.
Facilitate intra departmental support for Sales deliverables viz. pre-sales, bid managements, SCM, Finance etc.
Managing team of Sales managers to meet Region business objectives
Reporting accurate forecasting and performance metrics to key internal stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks and opportunities
Should possess experience / exposure to State Government Agencies, Ministries of IT, Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Home, Law Enforcement Agencies, State IT Nodal Agencies , Consultants working in the ICT space for Government bodies etc. particularly in  West Region.
Have complete understanding of the ICT Industry Eco System including OEM’s, Distributors, Managed Service Providers, Local SI’s , Telecom Service providers, Cloud Service providers etc.
Hard core sales leader with strong  presentation, communication, negotiation, and deal closing skills

Should have sound technical knowledge and experience in Smart cities /Network infrastrucutre /Data center /Cloud Infra Services/ Security and Surveillance systems/Large Telecom/ICT solution driven projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences
Should be able to create new opportunities and drive busines growth along with eco-system partners
Min 8-10 yrs of people management  experience in leading team of Sales, Pre-sales and commercial functions
Fluency in one or more local language  is preferred.
