Job Description :

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or similar certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based microservices architecture and related technologies (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how they integrate into the Agile process.
• Experience in software development using Java and familiarity with microservices design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and support both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, etc., to track and manage progress.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience
