Job Description :

Technical Skills:

• Sound Knowledge of Data warehousing concepts, terminology, and Architecture.
• Excellent ETL (Including XML) Design and development Experience
• Good understanding of the commonly used transformations like Source qualifier, joiners, union, aggregator, sorter, expressions, transaction control, xml transformation, lookups etc
• Ability to understand mapping document and translate the same to Informatica Mapping
• Ability to create CDC, SCD, Fact loads and complex mappings with Informatica
• Sound concepts of RDBMS with hands on with performance tuning of ETL / DB / SQL Queries
• Good knowledge of UNIX with ability to create Unix/Linux shell scripts to run ETL jobs and trap any failures.
• Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and writing technical specifications
• Good knowledge of SDLC for projects using DW concepts and Client/Server technologies.
• Create detail mapping documents, module spec and unit test cases
• Hand on with informatica development, Configuration and Performance tuning
