· Collect and analyse data from multiple sources to evaluate the success of optimization efforts, develop insights into customer behaviour, and evaluate the effectives of existing metrics
· Design, configure and operate Adobe Target technical solutions to drive multi-channel marketing
· Provide consulting for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients
· Good knowledge on personalization concepts like product recommendations, A/B testing, and tools like Adobe Target
· Exposure to cross product integration like Target to Campaign, Target to AAM
· Good knowledge in creating detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners
· Good experience in JavaScript with expertise in more than one modern JavaScript frameworks; Angular, React, Vue.JS, Backbone, Ember, etc.
· Good experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Front-end design best-practice
· Expertise in Responsive UI development from scratch
· Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery
· Strong debugging and optimization abilities
· Ability to build creative solutions leveraging functions of vendor libraries and APIs
· Think critically and work in a face-paced environment
· Write clean, readable, reusable code
