Description : 

  • ServiceNow, integrating SecOps to ServiceNow.
  • They will be required to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority to securely
  • Achieve the goals of the company’s security organization and business.
  • Years of experience needed 
  • 8+ years in ServiceNow implementation and deployment.

Technical Skills: 

  • At least 8+ years in ServiceNow implementation and deployment
  • Minimum 6+ years relevant experience on ServiceNow (design, implementation)
  • At least 4+ years in Service portal - Application design, development– Creation/Customizing Workflows, Rules, and reports.
  • Strong hands-on Scripting experience
  • Experience in integrating SecOps to ServiceNow, Integration experience (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with ADFS, OAuth, Basic, SAML, and other authentication methods.
  • Familiarity with ITSM workflows
  • Familiarity with Client scripts, business rules, script includes.
  • Familiarity with Notifications, reports, dashboards.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, completing attribute mappings between source systems and SecOps service catalog.
  • Develop and administer supporting Applications and Workflows for ServiceNow.
  • Experience in supporting and understanding SIEM Tool is required.
  • Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) is a mandatory.

Process Skills:

  • Basic hands-on Scripting experience
  • Experience in integrations like third-party to servicenow,2-way integration. etc
  • Developing customizing rules that aid in data collection, and configuration.
  • Role-modeling and role mining exercises with both business and technical users to create roles.
  • Customer experience-handling with customers.
  • Experience in complex workflows in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in scoped applications.
  • Proficient in requirements/Use case analysis, preparing Test plan, Test scenarios and Test summary reports, Test case authoring and defect reporting)
  • experience in service portal development.
  • Scripting knowledge (Java script)

Behavioral Skills :

  • Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SIEM and security tools.
  • Knowledge of reports, notifications.

Certifications Needed:

  •  Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
