Skill & Roles:

• 8+ years in Identity & Access Management consulting and deployment

• Responsible for Designing / engineering IAM Processes, working closely vendors and business managers to interpret and apply business requirements and IAM designs to IAM solution development
• Design solutions to ensure that IAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements
• Defining architecture and process standards for the identity management platform; contribute to ongoing evolution and development IAM strategies, roadmaps and plans
• Minimum 6+ years relevant experience on any IAM tool (Azure, Okta etc.) to include Design, implementation and governance
• At least 6 years architecting and leading Microsoft Azure IAM components implementations (hands on) including - Application onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports
• Serves at the subject matter expert, working to define, design, develop, and implement solutions for complex enterprise environments
• Must have design experience with Microsoft Azure IAM Provisioning Integration Modules
• Strong hands-on Java/JEE experience
• Experience in Microsoft Azure IAM and HRMS integration
• Familiarity with ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML, and other authentication methods
• Familiarity with SNOW workflows
• Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
• Experience in gathering Microsoft Azure IAM requirements, completing attribute mappings between source systems and Microsoft Azure IAM, executing integration testing
• Configuring Azure ADFS policy server, framing Rules and Policies, Policy Server maintenance, SSO configurations, Web Agent & Application Agent installations, Troubleshooting Azure ADFS integration specific problems.
• Research and analysis of existing Security solutions, identified gaps accordingly as per requirements provided High-end security infrastructures solutions and Single Sign on (SSO) solutions.
• Create, manage and administer Agents, Authentication Schemes, user directories, Agent configuration objects, Host Configuration objects, logs and cache management.
• Should have very good knowledge to configure Azure ADFS with various types of SAML protocol and SAML based Cloud/On-premises Applications.
• Should have hands-on experience to integrate with Risk Based Authentication methods
• Participate in architectural reviews and architectural development as an IAM subject matter expert.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and document workflows, custom connectors, and other custom software to meet client requirements, typically in Java/JEE
• Provides technical knowledge and analysis through client collaboration to implement management of credentials
• Applies principles, methods, and knowledge to address client challenges and requirements through the successful implementation of identified solutions
• Develop and administer Microsoft Azure IAM Certification Campaigns across the enterprise to help meet compliance regulations
• Develop and administer supporting Applications and Workflows for Microsoft Azure IAM Certification Campaigns
• Provide guidance in all aspects of the successful installation, configurations, operation and maintenance of Microsoft Azure IAM
• Define user access level to applications to define the processes and current/future state for access to applications
• Consult with customer to gather and define requirements
• Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory SQL)
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (Workday, ServiceNow)

Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) is a plus
