Key Responsibilities

1. Provide the management interface facility and has the responsibility for managing the complete service delivery during the contractual arrangement with the customer
2. Responsible for preparation and delivery of all monthly/weekly reports as well as all invoicing relating to the service being delivered.
3. Overall responsibility for delivery of the Statement of Work/s (SOW) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Responsible for the overall coordination to ensure the satisfactory fulfilment of the requirements of the project scope of work.
5. Act as a primary interface to DISCOMS for all matters that can affect the baseline, schedule and cost of the services project.
6. Maintain project communications through DISCOMS’s Project Leader
7. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations in relation to technology related issues
8. Provide escalation to AMI Implementing Partner’s /DISCOMS’ /EESL’s senior management if required
9. Resolve deviations from the phased project plan.
10. Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings.
11. Review and administer the Project Change Management with DISCOMS Project Leader.
12. Identify and resolve problems and issues together with DISCOMS Project Leader.
13. Responsible for preparation and delivery of all weekly/quarterly/monthly reports as well as all invoicing relating to the services being delivered.
14. Shall keep close contact with Customer and will be responsible for the timely submission/ deliverables as per define project plan
15. Experienced team with significant Power & Utilities knowledge, IT strategy capabilities, and practical experience serving the DISCOM industry in the areas of AMI, IT Implementation, DISCOM Business process and Overall project management
16. Responsible for managing complete project activities associated with utilities applications like Meter Data Acquisition System, Meter Data Management, Meter Billing & Collection, Outage Management System, SCADA, GIS, CRM, etc. involving:-

1. Cloud deployment
2. Integration with existing legacy system and upcoming DISCOM systems including Metering, Billing and Collection Systems
3. Development of Interface with mobile app and web portal/dashboard.
4. Site Survey & Consumer Indexing
5. Smart Meter Installation with GPRS Network
6. Operation & Maintenance
7. Willing to travel frequently for various stakeholder meetings at Discom level

Experience / Exposure

1. Overall 20 years with minimum 10 years’ experience in AMR, AMI Projects in Utility Sector
2. Must have handled minimum two AMI projects with experience on AMR & AMI projects
3. Must have handled minimum two projects in integration of IT Projects in utilities
4. Good Knowledge of AMI applications/landscape.
5. Experience in leading team size greater than 10.
6. Experience in client interfacing roles is an advantage.
7. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Education & Skillset

1. MBA & BE/BTech/MCA in EC or IT, with 10 years of working experience in AMR, AMI Projects, integration of IT Projects in utilities
2. PMP /Prince 2 certified will be preferred
3. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
