Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
• Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
• Configure, train and evaluate NowAssist feature sets against the business needs. Train and fine-tune LLM models for ServiceNow improve co-pilot performance.

Job Requirements:

• Tech Skills
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with NowAssist will be a plus as well.
