Description:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka, Spring, and Java technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement Kafka producers and consumers, integrating them with Spring-based applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka clusters for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot for data exchange between systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure the security and compliance of Kafka and Spring applications.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 – 8 Years
• Location: Bangalore
• Hands-on programming/application development experience utilizing Java, Spring Boot, Core Kafka API, Kafka Streaming API, Kafka Connect, KSQL, Spring Boot, Spring Kafka, Spring Kafka Cloud and K8
• Understanding of cloud environments; Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud Foundry
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental tool sets
• Experience in databases 
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

• In-depth knowledge of Apache Kafka, Spring Framework, and Java programming.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with message-driven architectures and event-driven microservices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in software development.
• Experience with data streaming and real-time analytics is a plus
