Job Responsibilities

• The incumbent should have minimum 10 -12 Years of exposure in Operational Sourcing with proven record of accomplishment.
• Should have sound knowledge of Order & Delivery Management & can manage the timely flow of orders & tracking of material to meet the project requirement in timely manner, in a complex environment.
• Responsible for Contract governance post award in execution phase.
• Periodic monitoring of contract deliverables and resolution of contractual issues/ambiguities.
• Risk assessment during project execution and ensuring risk mitigation through proactive planning & coordination.
• Understanding of Material & Inventory Management in line with project requirements.
• Experience in Logistic planning, Inbound/Outbound Material Movement, basic understanding of Taxes & duty implications and other financial aspects.
• Should have fair idea of Vendor Good Receipt, Invoices monitoring & close coordination with finance team for timely payment processing.
• Can work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders & multi reporting structure.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office Applications.
• Should have multi-tasking ability to work under pressure. 

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly talented and qualified professional who has a domain expertise in the Order & Delivery Management with excellent Material planning & Inventory planning skills etc with the following prerequisites.

• A Graduate/Post Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• At least 10-12 years of proven track record of creating significant impact in multinational organizations
• Detailed understanding of Operational Sourcing, Material Planning & Logistics domain.
• Experience in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in a large Corporations.
• Willingness/flexibility for travelling (if necessary)
• Excellent people handing and communication abilities
