Pre-Sales Specialist

As a Pre-Sales Specialist with 2 - 4 years of experience, you will play a critical role in our sales process by providing valuable insights and support to our sales team and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Solution Expertise: ? Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. ? Act as a subject matter expert to educate and inform potential clients about our offerings. 2. Customer Engagement: ? Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points. ? Deliver engaging and informative presentations or demonstrations to showcase our solutions. ? Provide timely and relevant responses to customer inquiries. 3. Sales Support: ? Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. ? Demo and System presentation. ? Prepare and deliver product/service proposals and quotes. ? Assist in the development of sales strategies and pricing models. 4. Technical Knowledge: ? Stay up to date with industry trends and our competitors' offerings. ? Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests. 5. Relationship Building: ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. ? Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Documentation: ? Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in the CRM system. ? Generate reports and analysis to track the effectiveness of pre-sales activities. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: ? A master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). ? 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or related position. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ? Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. ? Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams. ? A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ? Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. ? Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
