Roles & Responsibilities: ? Conceptualize, design and produce high-quality visual communications for print and digital media, including Proposal & bid support, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentation etc.. ? Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual designs that meet marketing goals and enhance brand identity. ? Develop design strategies and concepts that align with business objectives and target audience. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and techniques, and incorporate them into design work. ? Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines and deadlines. ? Collaborate with other designers, art directors, writers, and creative professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive design across all media. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE (Skills sets) ? 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing. ? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), MS Office and other design software ? Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, marketing, and print media. ? Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ? Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
